AutoGate v1.81
This a a fork of the original AutoGate 1.72 that was abandoned 2017 with changes to make it usable on XP12.
Currently it supports Windows and Linux. AutoGate 1.72 still works on MacOS.

- Detach jetway on "Beacon on" and attach on "Beacon Off"
- When checking the beacon guard against power glitches during bus switching (e.g. engine generator to APU generator, ToLiss is very realistic here)
