Landing Speed plugin (XGS) reloaded v3.45 - XP11 - XP12

This new plugin reports:
A sample configuration file for the Airbus A320 family is included.
The g-force is computed as derivative of vertical speed so these two values really match.
As older mod's versioning stopped with 2.0.2 this plugin starts with 3.x .

- add support for XP12
This new plugin reports:
- max vertical speed and max g-force during landing (= after first ground contact)
- textual rating of quality (from a config file see below)
- indicated speed and pitch (+ FMS computed VLS for ToLiss A319)
- height above threshold
- touchdown distance from threshold
- deviation from center line (lateral and angle)
