Je te donne déjà  quelques pistes, d'autres viendront certainement ...

Le mieux c'est de passer d'un accessoire à  l'autre, de proche en proche, en essayant de passer le plus proche possible des cloisons en faisant des "U" (Il me semble que jack à  une photo du sien qui est pas mal) Tu feras des torons que tu maintiendras solidement ensuite.

Utilise plusieurs câbles de masse, par rangée par exemple, tu as à  ta disposition 4 borniers de masse par carte de connexion, alors utilise les !

Beau programme que voilà  !
 
Si ça peux te donner des idées .... Tu remarqueras 3 cartes Efdé au premier plan :) (2 autres vont être ajoutés et remplaceront la carte en arrière plan :) )

Avant de me dire que c'est les boutons qui ne fonctionnement pas je souhaite savoir comment les brancher, avez vous une idée ?

En faisant des tests, ce n'est pas concluant, tandis que tous les autres interrupteurs, c'est OK.

En effet, avant de souder et déssouder pour rien, un sondage des cosses au multimètre est bienvenue !

La cosse centrale, tu y mets la masse, puis 1 fils sur les 2 autres cosses vers 2 entrées de la carte IO.

Il me semble que se sont des doubles circuits ? dans ce cas tu n'utilises qu'un seul coté.

Tu mets ton multimètre en ohm , tu mets un de tes cordons sur la pine centrale (ex fil 1) et l'autre sur un des 2 cotés ( fil 2 ) ex : en bas) .

tu devrais soit avoir une résistance infinie (pas de contact) ou alors une résistance en ohm proche de zéro (c'est que le contact passe entre les 2 pines)
Si tu commutes dans l'autre sens ton inter , la valeur passe à  linfini sur la pine testée et passes à  zéro sur l'autre . Ce qui veut dire que ta pine maitre est celle du milieu . Les contacts se ferment entre celle ci et les 2 autres selon commutation.

Il arrive parfois que cette pine (point milieu )soit à  lextérieur et pas au milieu mais en testant de la même manière tu dois retrouver ton fonctionnement

La plupart du temps le picot du milieu est la masse.
Comme tu passes par EFDE tu utiliseras SiocMonitor lors du basculement du swtich.
Dans Prosim tu naffectes que HIGH et OFF correspond au picot extremité du switch.
AUTO na pas besoin d'être affecter, Prosim considère que si le switch n'est ni sur OFF/HIGH alors il est sur AUTO.

Alors voici mon avancement de câblage Overhead : Tous les interrupteurs et rotary switch sont cablés et testés avec SIOC. (test continuité)
Par contre j'ai un soucis avec les 3 interrupteurs verts ci-dessus, je m'explique :(L PACK et R PACK ainsi que isolation valve)
Sur la position basse donc HIGH et OPEN c'est OK ( câble soudés en position basse)
Par contre sur la position AUTO sur les 3 je n'ai aucun signal.(câble en position haute)

Est ce que c'est mes branchements pourtant simple ou bien je peux dire que c'est les trois boutons qui déconnent.

Ah j'ai boulié une question : Pourquoi sur les inter vert ci-dessus j'ai 4 pin pour la position haute / 4 en masse et 4 en position basse ???

A voir, ce sont des 4 pôles, 4 fois le même fonctionnement.

Tu peux mettre une photo de ton câblage STP ...
 
Note que les cosses en contact avec la masse sont linverse de la position de l'interrupteur :
- si le levier et en haut, c'est la cosse du milieu et celle du bas qui sont reliés,
- si le levier et en vas, c'est la cosse du milieu et celle du haut qui sont reliés .

Alors finalement tout est cablé coté interrupteur.
Mais j'ai compris que le probleme venait de ma meconnaissance des variables a declarer dans prosim. Ex : R pack high et off a cablé mais pas auto. Et moi je mobstin'ais a essayé de cabler auto.

Du coup quelqu'un de vous a un excel des variables prosim a cablé coté overhead pour que je refasse mes vérifications.

Comme tu travailles sous SIOC, tu peux déclarer une variable IOCP pour la position auto à partir de léquation des autres positons
Exemple pour les bleeds :
Si positon High enclenchée alors variable High active.
Si position Off enclenchée alors variable off active.
Si pas sur positon OFF et pas sur position HIGH alors variable AUTO active.

Théoriquement tu n'as pas besoin de faire cela, prosim le gere trés bien.

Voici mon code SIOC pour lOverhead, si cela peut t'aider. Il te restera à modifier les Devices et les inputs/outputs pour les faire correspondre à ta/tes cartes

Tu verras que dans le code j'utilise des sorties pour modifier les voyants bleus en Dim ou en Brite.


Dans le schéma remplacer R2 par un potentiomètre de 270Ω

Le fonctionnement :
Si output 1 seulement alors voyant Dimmed
Si output 1 et 2 alors voyant Brited
Si output 1 off alors voyant off

voici mon avancement avec les cartes EFDE de fabien avec effet sappin de nl pour l'overhead
Apres le cablage de loveerhead, il Reste la partie prog SIOC et declaration ds PROSIM......du boulot en perspective.
